More pictures of the house as it stands

These pictures show the farmhouse ruin which is approximately 200 square metres in size. The extended house is intended to be between 300 and 330 square metres.

These are the first ideas from the architect for Floor Plans. There will be changes but its great to see something on paper.

Celle di Sotto... as it stands....

We have exchanged contracts, a process known as the Compromesso in Italy, and hope to complete the purchase in early June. As things stand we are buying a pile of rocks with a nice view and permission to create a lovely holiday home.
